How tracking works
We import your gmail bookings automatically, adding them to your dashboard as fast as we can process them
We process anything you forward to your custom forwarding address and add them to your dashboard
You can access your custom forwarding email from the add a trip page: https://app.heyascend.com/add-trip
Your forwarding email should look like: [email protected]
Why trips sometimes don't show up
Imported emails may still be syncing or were sent to a different address.
Quick fixes
Wait two minutes after linking Gmail; the first sync takes a moment.
Check that the confirmation email is in your Primary or Updates tab, not Spam.
Forward the confirmation to your unique axel address found under Add a Trip.
Still empty? Reach out to support at any time.
You should now see the trip pop into Upcoming Trips. We are here if it does not.
