Refunds requested outside of the 7-day trial period are not eligible. Because access to savings, repricing opportunities, and trip tracking begins immediately upon signup, and because platform usage is continuous and not always visible, we are unable to verify non-use. As such, we do not offer refunds beyond the trial window.
