Changes start on the booking page, select your trip, select Manage, then Request a change.
Pick the kind of change you need and send it to support. The team reviews it and will work with you to get it made.

How to request a change
1. From your dashboard, select My Bookings.
2. On the Active tab, select the trip you want to change.
3. Scroll down to Manage and select Request a change.
4. Choose the kind of change you need.
5. Select Send to support.
What happens next
Your request goes straight to the Axel support team. Our support team reviews your request and works your request with the airline. Our team owns everything through to resolution, so you do not need to chase the airline yourself.
Keep in mind that a request is not a confirmed change. Anything the airline charges for, such as a fare difference or a change fee, is confirmed with you before it is booked.

Cancelling is a separate option. On the same Trip Details page, select Cancel this booking at the bottom. For what to expect on refunds, see I want to cancel my flight or hotel.

You can have one open request per booking at a time. Wait until your current request is resolved, then send the next one. If both changes are needed together, reply in the chat and support will handle them in the same request.
